Control org pulak!!!!

Now I'm asking myself... Eh! We live in a freedom country... We are adult enough to voiceout ape yg kite nak luahkan or buat ape yg rasa betul without feeling fear or stress... Yang penting kite tak menyusahkan orang... Tapi yang pelik tu, nape masih ade org nak control our life? What we want to do, say or write, semua kena fliter... Jadi hypocrite dah pulak!! Please la, give back my life... Kalu bole, nak kite cuma kata YES NO je... Masa tulah kite dia nampak je salah kite tapi salah diri sendiri pandai pulak cover ye... Helooo!! Have I ever control your life??? Rasanye tak ade n tak penah... Sooooo, awat hang nak menyibuk ape aku nak buat??? Aku ade hutang hang kaaa??? Hish!!! Sabo je la... Nasib baik la nilai2 hormatkan org tue masih ade dlm hati nie... Kalu tak, memang nak kena "sedazzzzz" dr ku... Arghhhh... To me, I never disturb people... So, whatever I want to do, l just do.. Dah besar panjang, bole pikir sendiri... ;8... Layanzzzzzz... Ade ade ade.. Ade aku kisah!!!!

Cucur Udang Abah

10 sudu besar tepung gandum
10 ekor udang (buang kulit & dicincang kasar)
4 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
2 helai daun sup (dihiris)
2 helai daun bawang (dihiris)
* bole tambah daun kucai / taugeh jika mahu
200ml air bersih
2 sudu besar gula
secubit garam
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng

Cara-caranya:-
1. Masukkan tepung, udang, bawang merah, daun sup, daun bawang, gula dan garam di dalam bekas.
2. Masukkan air dan gaulkan bahan sehingga menjadi sebati (better tidak terlalu pekat / cair).
3. Biarkan bahan seketika 10 minit sebelum digoreng.
4. Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali.
5. Goreng adunan sehingga kekuningan.
6. Hidangkan bersama sos cili atau sos kacang.
Adunan Cucur Udang
Goreng Hingga Kekuningan

Sos Ala D'arachide (Kuah Kacang)

400 gram kacang tanah (digoreng & ditumbuk separa halus)
20ml air asam jawa
2 sudu besar cili
2 sudu besar minyak masak
1 sudu besar gula pasir
1 sudu besar gula melaka
Garam secukup rasa
Bahan ditumbuk:
6 biji bawang merah
3 biji bawang putih

Cara-caranya:-
1. Panaskan minyak didalam kuali.
2. Masukkan bahan yang ditumbuk dan cili boh.
3. Masukkan gula pasir, gula melaka dan garam. Tumis bahan sehingga garing.
4. Masukkan air asam dan kacang. Tambahkan sedikit air jika kuah terlalu pekat.
5. Kacau dan biarkan kuah sehingga mendidih.
6. Hidangkan bersama cucur atau roti.

Homemade Popcorn

Today life goes like normal day... Bangun lewat sikit cause the daily servant tak on duty today.... Lagipun, leh ikut Abah gi ziarah kubur Mak pagi nie.... Rasanye ade kat 2 3 weeks tak pi cause kaki sakit... Lepas balik dr kubur, Abah gi beli nasik lemak Kak Leha... Ye ye ye... Abah beli lauk kari kaki ayam.. Nyam Nyammm...... Hurkkkk.... Alhamdulillah.... Hari nie dapur rumah tak berasap... He he... Lunch time, Abah n Zam gi beli kari ikan n ayam goreng kat Kayu... Nasik je masak kat umah... Indahnye hidup ku... He he he.. Lepas lunch, rasa burin as Zam pun tak de plan nak kuar... Nanti tanye, dia tanye balik pulak "U nak gi mane??" ... So I create my activity iaitu buat Homemade Popcorn... Actually, mesin popcorn kite beli masa study kat tassie dulu.... So senang la sikit keje... Kite buat dua flavor - salty butter (garam n butter) and caramel (butter, brown sugar n honey).... Both nie recipes created by my own... Cuma yg part kelakar tu masa tgh bakar popcorn lepas coated ngan caramel, satu tray terhangus... Nie semua gara2 api oven tinggi sikit and tray dekat ngan api... Alahai... Masa ade bau hangit tu, bole pulak terpikir "bau ape la nie??".... Sekali tengok kat oven, dah berasap oooooooitttttt.... Panic seketika... He he... Flavor yg satu lagi tu, salty butter dah pro sikit... Chewahh!!! Puji sendiri tu.... He he he... Mana taknye, last Friday dah buat the sama flavor.. Cuma masa time tu, salt terlebih n butter terkurang... Anyway, practice make prefect... ;)... Pe pun, i m proud of myself cause my mission completed... Yahooo.... p/s:
Abg, nanti this year besday present, nak mintak popcorn machine yg baru bole kan???

This week.....

Frankly, my day in this week started with followup check on my right ankle with dr. Yazid... Looks that he is not quite happy with my condition... I still limping and feeling hurt at the same spot during raining days or trying to stand up after sitting more than 15 minutes... He advise me for MRI test.. If the tissue confirmed torn, he give a choice to proceed with operation... Uwaaaaaaa... To me, I don't mind for MRI but not OPERATION.... ;(... gotten mc for the whole of this week.... On Tuesday, in the morning, I went to office for a while to finish with a plan my long pending reports... Emmm, times runs so fast n I don't even have time to look at the reports... Arghhhhh, sabooo aje la... Once back home, the qurantite starttttttt.... Eeeeeeoww..... Alhamdulillah at night, the support n service team organized a simple n enjoying dinner at Q Thai BBQ n steamboat, Tmn Dagang.... On Wednesday, I have a heavy breakfast, nasi kerabu daging bakar as I need to fast at 11am... Around 3.15pm, I went for MRI test.... 1 hour for ankle test... It's a great experience for me... Thursday, Friday, Saturday n Sunday, no plan... My qurantite days.... Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaa
